By registering and bidding in any Mish Mosh Online auction hosted on HiBid, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before participating.

• All bidders must register with HiBid and provide valid contact and payment information.
   
• Mish Mosh Online reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke bidding privileges at our discretion.
   
• All bids are final and binding. Bidders are responsible for monitoring lots and ensuring their bids are accurate.
   

• A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot.
   
• Applicable state and local sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate is provided prior to invoicing.
   

• Invoices will be sent via HiBid email immediately following the auction.
   
• Payment is due within 3 business days of the auction close.
   
• Accepted forms of payment:
   
  • Shipped Items: Credit or Debit Card (processed prior to shipment).
     
  • Local Pickup: Cash, Local Check, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
     
• A declined or returned payment may result in account suspension and additional fees.
   

• Local Pickup: Pickup dates, times, and addresses vary depending on the auction location and will be listed in the auction details.
   
• Buyers must bring their own labor, tools, and packing materials for pickup.
   
• Items not picked up during the stated window will be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund. Storage fees may apply.
   
• Shipping: Available on select items. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Large or oversized items (such as furniture or equipment) may not be eligible for shipping. Please confirm availability prior to bidding.
   

• All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
   
• Descriptions and photographs are provided as a service and are believed to be accurate, but are not guaranteed.
   
• Bidders are encouraged to attend previews (if offered) or request additional information before bidding.
   

• Mish Mosh Online is not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items, or damages incurred during pickup, handling, or shipping.
   
• By participating, bidders agree to hold harmless Mish Mosh Online, its staff, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from the auction.
   

• Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and forfeiture of items.
   
• MishMosh Online reserves the right to resell unpaid items and pursue legal remedies or collection action.
   

• All disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of South Dakota.
   
• Venue for any legal action shall be in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.
